吾人以為，那些即使曾在大學教書，但為了利益，可以出賣做人的人格尊嚴者 （例如做大學校長時支持學生罷課爭取理想；成為權貴後卻譏諷罷課學生為紅衛兵，甚至叫人退學者），不配稱為教授。在現代會裏，真正的教授，是除了能傳授知識外，還能身體力行，捍衛自由、人權等核心價值的學者。吾人向參與罷課不罷學的義教學者、真正的教授，致以最崇高的敬意！
